99% of all work is done in house. Anything from cylinder boring to paintwork, oil changes to turbo chargers. We do it all right here.

The C & T Cycles Service Department has factory trained Technicians that perform all services including:

  • Machine work such as Boring, Flywheel Truing, and Head Work.
  • Tire changes & Motor Rebuilds.
  • Power Commander Performance Tuning for Fuel Injection.
  • Custom Exhaust
  • Custom Paint
  • Insurance Work

We Do It All!

We do 5,000 to 10,000 mile services and all those in-between.

  • Twin Cam 1550 Conversions - P&L $850
  • 883-1200 Conversions - P&L $900
  • Complete Rebuilds, Pans, Shovel and Sportsters, generally around $2,000 to $2,500.
  • Custom Paint starting at $400 - Tank & Fenders
  • General Labor Rate: $60 per hour, Custom Fabrication $65 per hour.
